2022 was an amazing year due to all of our wonderful supporters! We thank you. Let’s do a little recap: Just over 2.5 tons of popcorn was popped and several new flavors of gourmet popcorn made their way into our shelves including White Peppermint Bark & Grinch. We were thrilled to grow our local partnerships as we increased our production of in house created confectionaries – Castle Danger Cream Ale & Stout as well as Chai and Lake Superior Apiary Honey truffles. We went through over 700lbs of chocolate!
How fun was it in June to have Katie Lowes pop in while she was in Duluth staring in the Mandy Turpin Production “Merry Kiss Cam” which aired on Hulu this holiday season. We loved how they chose to spotlight so many local Duluth businesses. Once the filming was done then it was time for Grandma’s Marathon which we were proud sponsors of and it was so nice to have the route return to Superior St right in front of the shop. Another highlight for us was to be a part of the Beer and Chocolate tour enjoyed by passengers of Viking Cruise lines.
